Applications for Round One Proposals for discount rentals in the 301 Harris Ave building are now closed. More than 50 unique ideas for the space were submitted!

After careful evaluation of each in relation to our stated guidelines and goals, our team will invite top candidates to participate in Round Two by creating a fully fleshed business plan due in September. You will hear from us by August 9th if you are one of them. 

The ultimate winner will be given 50% off rent and a build out to their specifications with an estimated open date of January 2025.
